HI!!

I've had my license for about a year now, but recently started doing the Agent thing full time.  I'm looking at possibly putting an ad in 3 catholic church bulletins that come out weekly.  I got this idea because I go to one of the churches, and when I called for pricing, the lady told me I could put it in all 3 for a different price.  Does anyone have any thoughts on this?  Could it be successful?  I'm also thinking of doing letters to expireds (thats where the training told me to start :) )  I was also thinking of getting a magnet for my car- still a little iffy on that- I'm a bit of a crazy driver :).  Any thoughts or suggestions on this would be great!!!

It could work, but you're just fishing hoping someone will bite.

Be sure to offer something of value on your ads.  Don't just put your Company name, your name, and phone number.

Like Mike said, you could do the voicemail thing offering RE market conditions.

Also, my favorite, is a Home Seller's Guide.  This will get potential home seller's to raise their hands that they're thinking about selling.

Always have an offer and be sure it provides value!!!
