You probably will want to broaden your search, maybe a multi family with FHA loans if your brother and dad will sign it over, together with their job and credit score, they might qualify for it.

Playing the field like this just means you need to broaden your knowledge and build relationships with experts in the field.

Accokeek is good but if this is mix you feel works best for you I'd advise broadening it a bit to get enhanced deal flow.

That said, I think we could broaden the point to 'equitable interest'.

Many people will say to broaden your search as much as possible and try to name the maximum number of properties. 

Know many awesome agents outside of the companies you mentioned so perhaps you want to broaden your brokerage search.P.S.
