On the B - end, you get people with rougher credit, generally good jobs, but bad finance skills.

Bend area bounced back strong K falls still pretty flat.your advice about sub too is not really correct.. just FYI  ..

I'm completely new to real estate....started earlier this month mailing yellow letters (about 200 thus far) for wholesaling, am considering door knocking next, attended a RE club here in LA and also have a small amount (substantially small) to potentially invest in a property now....on that note, I'm actually on the bend on if that small amount I should invest by purchasing my first property to rent/lease or invest those funds in marketing.

I didn't really bend or accept the term "investor" for those active in real estate until I got on the internet about 8 years ago., what I leaned was the gurueez, of investor. 

I've started and host a monthly meetup group in Bend for Real Estate Investments and Strategies where we're looking to build out a network of investors from all sides of the business to work together on a local stage.

I'm in the South Bend, Mishawaka, Elkhart area.

Plan on retiring in April of next year and flipping homes in the Bend/Redmond area with my sister.
