I’ve done a few flips and own a few condos here in the 6ix but I’m really interested in planting seeds for my retirement sooner than later.

Initially I deposited seed money into those accounts-5 to 6 months rent.

I've participated in accelerators, obtained a seed "loan" of $250k, hired a consultant and attorney.

I ran into this too quick and ignorant at a young age due to my deep-seeded FOMO.

If you payoff first, then what do you have to invest with.Never spend your seed money. 

Grass seed + compost material to promote growth (2 inches). $450 + $400 = $850This is our first major project so I would be ever so grateful for any feedback from this awesome community. :)-Kristine

I had a thought however, about instead of putting the cash into another property.... using it as a seed money.

Then I go to the CapEx budget to stay afloat, but that's eating your seed corn and now the overall turnaround has to get funded from cashflow when things do turn around, but the increased time crushes return and investors don't like that at all.
