Cashflow Properties in Kitchener and Waterloo

Posted

Hi everyone

I’m a RE agent from Toronto but we’re looking at Oshawa, Kitchener and Waterloo for some cashflow investments as a part of our diversification program. I’ve done a few flips and own a few condos here in the 6ix but I’m really interested in planting seeds for my retirement sooner than later. I looked at Oshawa a few weeks ago but even with the addition of a legal basement I’m still not able to create a + cashflow so my next choice would be KW. Any help would be greatly appreciated. In return, I’ll be more than happy to help anyone who wants to do something in Toronto. Thanks!

@Kam Lolavar You are facing what alot of my coaching clients face. This is what I tell them. Don't go with the crowd. Find another city that is not hot. You want to be in front of the curve, not in the middle or at the end. If everyone is buying there, then it means you shouldn't. Look elsewhere - Where do you think the next hot city will be?... That's where you should buy. Good luck. Message me if you want some suggestions.
