Adding all modern amenities, new flooring, paint, New lights, opened walls for an open feel, reconfigure the kitchen, installed a/c, dishwashers, laundry, etc.I am getting $1100 for my up unit and have a deposit collected for the down unit at $1000 a month.

Reality is finally dawning on people...

I am also 2 deep on fridges stoves and dishwashers. 

If you need an agent, I recommend either @Tiffany Alexy or @Dawn Brenengen. 

Also if hot water heater tanks, dishwasher pumps etc retain any water you can get freeze damage.

I once had a tenant call me to tell me that the dishwasher stopped working only to find out that she had unplugged it from underneath the sink.
