Hello, first time poster here! I don't spend much time on Forums, but my nephew has recommended Biggerpockets to me as a real estate agent who would like to experiment more actively with investment. What does biggerpockets do for you?

its a great place to find like minded folks who run the gambit of highly experienced to total beginners and everything in between.. although I would say its slanted towards those starting their journey and many once they get going and have some success contribute less frequently.

you have those that are in some sort of sales business so are always marketing themselves or their companies.. through writing blogs and or posting on the site with regularity.  You will see many of the same people post on the same thread topics as they come up..

After a few months you begin to see who is who on this site.. although I am a little slower than most so it took me a full year or so to realize.. Hey that person keeps posting on say the Turn key threads.. do a check of them only to find out they are a marketing agent for turn key companies.. Duh no wonder they post on all turn key threads.
