I have been talking to the architect who drew up plans weekly and he has been telling me that the plans will be submitted "later that day" "by the end of the week" each time we talk.

So he drew up the designs on paper but a lot of it is in his head - especially the inevitable changes that occur with new ideas or having to pivot when gutting a 90+ year old house.
