Hey guys so I'm relatively new to wholesaling and I'm aligning a deal up but I'm searching for recommendations for Investor Friendly Title Agents/ Agencies. Preferably one that you have worked with yourself and they are familiar with double closings and assignment of contracts and pretty much know what we do as wholesalers. Thanks guys!
