Property management in Milwaukee
Just closed on a duplex in Milwaukee and looking for a property management company. I will be living in the upper unit but still want to work with a management team.

However, I think you should self manage. I have the whole process ready in a can and happy to email it to you (usually just for my house hacking clients ;-) From marketing to screening and contracts. It's not difficult if you have the right resources and you learn a ton by doing it yourself!
