I'm thinking this is a great place to rent for military families - Colorado Springs has 4 Air Force stations (Peterson, Schriever, USAFA, and Cheyenne Mountain) as well as a giant Army base!

Some people might feel it's tacky having a giant we buy houses sign on their fence.

Or have tenant goes on vacation for a week, leaving a seven day worth of a giant pile of wet food on a bowl set on the floor, attract ants and roaches, which resulted in an infestation? 

I'm backtracking now to prepare for taxes, giant pain. 90 mins is a looong way if you're going every day- that's 3 hours on the road if you go home each day.  

So this property has some of my worse tenant stories (including tenants that turned the yard into a giant mud wrestling pit and a tenant guest being decked by a neighboring tenant) but has been the family's most profitable property.  

Once you're in the home, live in it for a few months before starting, to get a feel for the flow of the house.Keep your sanity (it can be tough living in the middle of a giant mess) by keeping at least one room completely untouched, so you can have a place to relax.

Also it might help to do some staging and reshoot photos as some of the spaces are large and empty looking (especially the giant open entrance/living area in photo #2, not a good photo to start off with, to me it looks odd without furniture and decor).

The problem with the political environment today is that no one is willing to find the middle ground: our options are RIGHT or LEFT as though the giant expanse in between doesn’t exist, or something.

A road is coming through from the largest Walmart distribution center in the world which will only be 23 miles away and Tesla is currently building a giant factory in the same area.

The leak is caused by lots of leaves and seed pods dropping from overarching branches from my neighbor's giant Royal Poinciana trees.
