The list of qualities I am looking for include:-price lower than 150k-a non-saturated market (for section 8)-suitable for section 8-growing market (bright future)Some markets I am looking at include Birmingham, AL... and that's really it right now.

It's a long way from LA, but with your budget, I think this is a more suitable market.
