Best and Worst Neighborhood in Columbus

Hi

I`m a new investor in Columbus, OH. My strategy is Fix-N-Flip.my budget is around 150K All-in. 

however, I`m new in this market so don`t know which neighborhoods it`s good for my target.

I appreciate it if anyone can give me suggestions for good areas or which areas it`s not suitable for my goals!

Flipping is not really investing it's more of a job. Have you researched the BRRRR method?
