I have 2 questions about my current status as a novice real-estate investor and looking for some guidance.

@Sheri Cabral If you're a novice RE investor, you will get some value from this program.

I am looking to see if any new or novice, maybe even advanced investors would be interested in attending with me.

Caveat, I did have some working experience with estate matters so I wasn't a total novice to the field.

Great for novice and home owner repairmen.

So I figured ( with help) that 5k could work and 10k would be better.We did comps for that area and houses sold in that area were close to what they were asking ( except for a foreclosure).I am still a novice and I have a guy helping out a little but I am trying to figure this out on my own as well

Novice investor here, currently own a SFH in Oklahoma and looking to buy in Troy (mostly because of availability of duplexes). 

I'd like to hear responses from investors of every level, from novices to experts; and I'd like to hear of all methods, no matter how basic or how creative they may be.
