Browsing through this forum I would say you dont need to pay for anything, its all right here.

However, I did end up with a few quality tenants from those and the reason they asked those questions are because they have been scanning ads all day or all weekend, browsing through 100s of properties, along the way, writing down on a list of paper the properties they feel are potential fits but the problem is they don't write down all the details most of them just write down contact numbers, addresses and how much rent.

I've been browsing the forums and listing the the BP For a couple months now and decided it's time to dive in and get busy here on the forums.

While browsing loopnet and MobileHomeParkStore I have seen 2 types of parks: fixer uppers that require a lot of capital but have a lot of upside and established/well run parks that have good income, but not as much short term upside potential.

Spending a lot time browsing the forums, reading recommended real estate books and blogs, as well as listening to podcasts, in search of the best strategy and the next steps for obtaining my goal of a passive income vehicle.
