I am interested to hear from your experience investing in Ontario since the BP educational material is so American, it is nice to get some Canadian tips.

A Canadian owner has been doing this for years with all of her guests and she claims that it's resulted in repeated bookings time after time.

I've seen Canadian investors on BP,  ones I have a great deal of respect for, explain why Canadian markets may appear over priced but will keep going up (forever apparently).  

Would be interested to gain some feedback from Canadian Investors with regards to the introduction of Commercial Property Investment opportunities to their network via an Exempt Market Dealer.There are various opportunities available for investors in European Asset backed, commercial property and Loan Notes paying anything up to 14% per annum.Naturally all investments come with some type of risk and it is important to carry out Extensive Due-Diligence prior to making a final decision!

He has told the realtor he make 30k a month, but he is Canadian, doesn't want to get loan thru bank because he wants to buy and use it as a tax write off with his company.  

Correct me if I'm wrong but this is how I see structuring my company1 set up corporation here in Canada2 use Canadian corp. to set up US C corp3 use US C corp to set up holding LLC4 use holding LLC to umbrella various state LLC's to function as company's that would be used for wholesaling, buy and holds and flips.

Does anyone know of any lenders that will lend to Canadians to buy 1 or more rental properties in the 60-70% LTV range that is not hard money and reasonable rates?
