Financing for Canadian or non-res borrowers
Hello,
so far I've found financing from traditional lenders in the 50% ltv range, that will do one property. Does anyone know of any lenders that will lend to Canadians to buy 1 or more rental properties in the 60-70% LTV range that is not hard money and reasonable rates?
Thanks,
Marty
