I just want to say hello and let you all know what a great board this is. I'm not totally new to real estate but new to investing in it (or trying anyway) and not real sure of where to start. I've been reading the posts on this site for about a month now and have learned so much its overwhelming! lol

I'm just wondering if its a wise idea to take the real estate courses that my province offers. I don't want to be an agent, but really interested in property management and development.

Any tips? Any wise Real estate Canadians out there? I'm really looking forward to getting to know people here
