I do a lot of condo deals and have some great lenders at Elevations, Compass, and Vectra all of whom will lend on those.

Combination of truck docks, small size, Low roof/low doors, large office space too big or small- tied to a warehouse, looks like an elevator shaft on the roof. 

Tbh there were a few other lenders that I knew were slam dunk scammers because of interest rate, but this guy seemed slightly more legitimate so I suppose in relativity I elevated his status to "...Maybe?"

Yes, he can continue paying elevated prices in Quincy and Boston but he could potentially diversify and invest in an area where you can get a three-family for 300k, + positive cash flow.I will also say, a lot of people hated Worcester in 2018 and 2019 the turn happened during the covid crash.

The gutter think is a possibility but even after exiting the gutter it should flow to the lowest elevation. 

That could potentially elevate your 2015 IRS issue that a lender such as myself wouldn't need to know about.

Also, a company’s profile is drastically elevated when it’s backed by VC money.

Fight traffic, pay high parking fees, travel up 20 floor elevators… and on the other hand, I am not a believer of “work from home”.
