Seller Finance and Subto Contracts

I am just starting out and trying to find out where I can access sample contracts for seller finance and subject to transactions. 

I recently purchased the Ultimate Package for Pace Morby's book Wealth Without Cash, but I don't see any sample contracts (unless I am missing it somewhere).

Here’s what’s going to be a BIG result problem of all this Pace Morby Subject To push, publicity and mentorship’s - a LOT of poorly informed, badly and partially educated naive “investors” with no experience doing subject to deals, defaulting on the mortgages, ruining seller’s credit and causing sellers who “defend’ their mortgage obligations to pay thousands in legal fees, default fees, default interest rates, etc.  Leading to the Pace Morby “students” being sued by their sellers, and restrictive laws being passed restricting the ability of experienced, knowledgeable investors to do subject to deals and hence cutting off one of the few avenues for underwater home owners to escape a potential foreclosure situation with their credit and honor intact.
