Looking for a mentor

I have one rental about ready to rent out and I'm looking for a local mentor in the Tulsa Oklahoma area. I'm a good student and willing to do whatever it takes to succeed as long as it's moral and legal. If you or someone you know would be willing to invest in me, please let me know.

Hi @Zack Ellard

I suggest you work on a better elevator pitch.  When I read this pitch, its just tells me your locally in Tulsa Oklahoma and you have one rental that hasn't been rented.

Think from an investor standpoint,  my time is precious.  If I want to mentor someone, that person needs to show something that aligns with me to make it worth it.  One of the key traits of entrepreneurs is giving back.  But giving back isn't to anyone.  Its to a good cause.

I suggest you list out some of your current and past project that shows passion, dedication, hard work, and if you really want to impress, discuss where you failed in those projects and what you learned from them.

Also, I wouldn't restrict mentors locally, expand your horizon, remote mentors can just if not be more valuable (depending on how the mentor is).  Also it can provide unbiased analysis.
