I believe your responsibility to tow the car only comes into play if the vehicle is abandoned on your property, at which point you have to receive the sheriff's permission via the Writ of Restitution.And why did the Sheriff pull up and give you a 10-minute warning?

In a lot of people's opinion when you have a contract to buy a house you have "equitable interest " in the property which if the sellers give you permission allows you to list it on the MLS.

It doesn't follow however that  waiving late fees (for example) means that a tenant will assume it is permissible to start smoking in their unit (something that you claimed).
