Tenant subleases can landlord be compensated for rent difference?

Landlord has given permission to sublease to tenant, as long as original tenant maintains residency in the SFH, the tenant is subleasing and is charging more to the subleaser's than he is paying the landlord for the property almost double.

1. Should the landlord expect or have rights to extra compensation in regards to the overage difference, the sub leaser pay rent direct to the tenant. Or just be happy he's getting the original amount he wanted.

2. To give notice to tenant should landlord include copy to subleaser?
