What are your thoughts on the advantages/disadvantages to incorporating more internet connectivity into the home.

The only disadvantage is that you can't accept any other bookings because you don't know when this one will end. 

One is you are immediately at a disadvantage compared to local investors who know local neighborhoods, can better monitor their properties, can network with local investors and on and on.  

The disadvantage of financial advisers is they put all your chunk at once, plus their fees.

The disadvantages are that the property is not occupied and there are no tenants paying rent on day one.

It presents a diversity of perspective, which really helps to ferret out the disadvantages of various approaches (some of which seem very good at first glance) and to see issues from multiple points of view.

It is also an entity which does not exist in Canada, so is not an option for you if you plan to operate at home.While there are advantages to forming a corporation, there are many disadvantages to forming one early depending on your personal situation.  

@Vanessa Ryder, ethically, you will need to be able to show that the Sellers are not disadvantaged by agreeing to let YOU wholesale them rather than listing them in the normal manner.So, why AREN'T you listing them in the normal manner?
