What are the implications of getting my RE if I am wholesaling? Pros / Cons?! Disclosures? Anything else? Is there a limit to how many transactions one can do? Thx guys!

    @Vanessa Ryder, ethically, you will need to be able to show that the Sellers are not disadvantaged by agreeing to let YOU wholesale them rather than listing them in the normal manner.

    So, why AREN'T you listing them in the normal manner? Can you survive the grillings? Cheers...
