Company or personal vehicle for business use!?

I am planning on purchasing a vehicle for business use only - 100% business use no exception (in New York State). My question is whether there are any tax disadvantages of owning the vehicle under my name versus the company name. The savings I anticipate if I register under my name are the insurance costs. The company is a two member LLC taxed as a partnership. Any thoughts are appreciated.

@Dido Zdrav I'd be more concerned from a liability standpoint.  Still, easiest way would be to own under your name and bill the company a per mile cost for usage by using a device like Automatic, which can track every single trip you take and using IFFTT, it can export it into a Google spreadsheet for you to hand to your accountant.  I've been doing that for years since @Brandon Turner turned me onto the device.  I lost many trips trying to do it by hand.  Automatic made it seamless, and Brandon would tell you it will help you also drive more efficiently to save gas.
