There was a momentary flattening in March and April, but good homes are flying off the market within days now.Foreclosures are currently in moratorium so we'll see what happens when that bubble bursts, but in the meantime, if you find a good deal, go after it or someone else will.

If your extra addendum is worded oddly, it may be best to run it by them to see their thoughts.If your issue were just with the inspection, them not saying anything and letting the inspection contingency lapse means they can no longer exit based on inspection period.

I let my mortgage broker licenses lapse and got out of the industry like 13 years ago so...Anyway, if used to bridge a gap in financing for 1 month, the reward may be worth the risk of "subject to", but if an investor is unsure if they will be able to come up with the payoff, or get financing swiftly, they should not be looking at that "deal".

That way you are covered and should the policy lapse you will be sent a notice by the insurer.The dogs and breed need to be listed in the policy, not all companies will cover a 'pit bull'.

Sure, you can just buy a new insurance policy in the name of the LLC, but: 1) It will cost more, and 2) Now Kevin Abrams let his insurance lapse in violation of his mortgage.
