I have a non-residential commercial mastermind and the fee started at $2500 in season 1. 

Your accountant should be able to factor that into your total cost. 

I’m not sure who paid legal fees but they must have been significant. 

It looks like water is not being paid and I can only see a small fee every month (that is over due) meaning the meter is likely disconnected.

I have done it with some contractors taking Paypal where you can use a credit card on that site with a fee, or QuickBooks is another one too.

This is my first time buying a home and let’s just say I learned a lot about these fees.

If you're considering house hacking a multi family property, some lenders might be able to factor in potential rental income to help you qualify.

Of course our big motivation is commission but you can get commission or a referral fee or something in an off market transaction if done properly.

@Shmou N.ShmouYou can collect Rent and all other fees; Utilities, parking, or any other fee needed.We don't currently have a notification of the deposit but I will add it to our develoemt roadmap and you will see it in an update.

The Board already spends funds on things owners disagree on, such as expensive vendor contracts where a Board member gets a referral fee or is part of the contract.
