Since there is no urgent crippling need to take massive action+mind shift,there are delays in starting, fear etc.

Its just my dog and I so more than willing to sacrifice the majority of the property to the renters to maximize income.

(Car crash, vendor hurt, dog bite, etc etc.) and none of owe LLC’s or corporations or holding companies will help you in those situations. 

I really don't care to be distracted by your tax break straw dog - although I could debate how bad our tax policies are generally as I favor a flat tax and therefore eliminating all tax breaks. 

Home is also kind of mess ..with weed smoking in the house and dog poo in backyard not cleaning up after and so forth.How to proceed here ?

I will be moving from Texas with my family (wife, son and dog) come December.- while in school, I will not be able to work, so no income and my wife is a stay at home mom. - I am considering selling a few if not all (just 4) of my properties here in TX (I would hope to walk away with about $150k+). - I will be in school full time for 3 years along with clinicals in and around Nashville. 

I know I wouldn't want my kids or my parents living with me, but I don't want anyone living with me outside of my wife and my dog 😜
