If it was installed improperly then the whole thing will need redoing.A seller that claims everything Is new and you get in there and find a bunch of rigging that has to be torn out and redone yet the seller still wants the price on everything being repaired properly.

As you can see between the city costs and the payment to my plumber to get everything rigged up for that nearly cost us 10 grand of profit.

One more is huge payment luxury vehicles as I'm sure quite a few investors would agree, unless I buy a big rig and put it to work, taxi cab or any money making vehicle its just not smart!
