Did you follow or attempt to follow everything on your end such as inspections, etc and were stymied?

If your tenants aren't looped in early, it could make access for inspections tough.

Normally, we would say no and wait until the end of the lease but due to the situation and hardships we would inspect for pets and pet damages.
