@Brie Schmidt when I started contracts were one page and hand written of course unless you put it in a typewriter.. and we used carbon paper... then we got a major break through and got NCR paper so we did not have to fool with that messy Carbon paper.so fast forward to today and 10 page contracts disclosures out the roof etc etc.the reality is you need agents to play middle man to take the emotion out of seller and buyers.
