My husband and I are really interested in flipping a home, my husbands been remodeling homes for a builder for 35 yrs, we feel we can do this, and very excited to get started. I love interior decorating and everyone thinks we would be successful at this.

Hey @Trista Howell. I would definitely consider downloading and listening to the podcasts whenever you have a chance to. Also, consider attending the next BP meet-up in Lakewood or Seattle/Bellevue. There are a couple flippers in your area that you could also consider connecting with, @Ryland Taniguchi does a good amount of flipping in the Tacoma area as well as working with private money investors, you can also try contacting @Albert Bui if you have questions about conventional financing in the South Sound region.

@Aaron Ramm, @Kevin C. are both wholesalers who operate in the area, I would definitely try contacting them for possible leads on off-market SFRs.
