Hello Everyone,

Being fairly new to investing in RE I am hoping to meet other investors in the St. Louis Area. I work a full time job in St. Louis and plan on working in RE on the side.  My basic plan is to both flip properties as well as purchase single and multi-family properties for the long term. I currently work in IT but have several years of construction experience under my belt and hope to utilize the experience in RE.

I flipped my first property last year. It was a single family major rehab project but I was able to complete most of the work myself. However, I have figured out that my time was not worth it. I will let the contractors do the dirty work next time.

I currently have a contract for a single family property to use as a rental and my next move is to purchase a 2-6 unit multi-family property.

The information that I've gathered from BP, in just the short amount of time I've been here, is amazing and I hope some day I can help fellow investors as much as many are doing here each and every day.

@Frankie Woods@Mark Nolan@Dmitriy Fomichenko Thanks for the warm welcome. I am looking forward to eventually meeting up with some of you St. Louis folks.

Sorry about duplicate post. I didn't tag correctly on the first one.
