As a wholesaler, you'll bend over backwards to make sure the seller doesn't know who the true buyer is or what exactly he is paying.My biggest issue (besides licensing) is exactly the lack of disclosure.

We have had some stop up because of convoluted, complex bends always accessible from inside the house but never had to replace a complete drain line.
