I followed Bigger Pockets on YouTube and Twitter, read a couple of post and watched a few videos but wasn’t quite hooked yet.

I'm curious if any of you have been successful in generating real estate leads using Twitter.

Online with Craigslist, Postlets, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, all that jazz.

I'm curious as to the responses to come....I have talked to people who have used these services on Twitter and they are reporting increases in traffic to their site as a result; the question is what is the quality of user?

I've been playing with Google Plus + for about a week now, and I have to say that in my opinion, it takes the best of Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and brings it together in one well-thought out, brilliantly executed general social network.

I definitely encourage members to share their posts here on BP on Facebook and Twitter (Google Plus, Digg, StumbleUpon, etc).
