this would be my first post and my first deal using this site SO I used some of the methods you guys offered for finding homes that is not mls listed and now i need end buyers can anyone help with this matter

thanks to all for the info. I will follow the tips that have been given to me and I will keep you all posted on how this deal goes...PS. I said any property deal closed in my favor I will give a portion to this website because this is the only site I know of that has real reply's I can use. LOL
