@Omar KhanOmar yeah I heard about private banking in places like Hong kong or Singapore might be the right place for me to go and something I will look more seriously into now that you are mentioning the same thing.

We have clients as far as Singapore focused on the metro because they know it will be a good long term investment for them.

You too are privileged to live in Singapore which is pretty much a dictatorship with good incomes.You're also fortunate to be a man with some money which was total privilege. 

I am a recent graduate (25 years old after 2 years in Singapore army, British schooling system), and am back in the Bay Area as I grew up here some time ago.My degree was in Accounting & Finance, and now I am looking at purchasing my first rental property (although probably not in the Bay Area as the prices are too damn high!). 

I have some friends from Myanmar where I am originally from and some friends in Singapore where I used to live, who might be interested to invest with me to buy real estate here.
