About 3 weeks ago I found out that the elder tenant had been calling them names because of the clothes they wear and had crossed other lines the details of which I don't want to get into but lets just say it wasn't something to be taken lightly.

We went from basically an empty, surveyed hole in the ground to having the sewer installed, the basement cribbed, inspected and poured, and tomorrow we will have the forms stripped and the walls damp proofed.

Hi…so we have this 6 flat we bought a month ago and we did another walk through today and of the newest tenants (not leased by us) was a bit odd…not strange in mental health way, but somethings didn't add up….she claims she is the only person living there but NONE of the closets have ANY clothes…zero, nota stich.
