The only exception I can think of is that NAR members agree to go to arbitration instead of suing each other.In my part of MA, our local NAR / MAR affiliate is "Plymouth & South Shore Association of Realtors".

The tax map is public information which would either be available electronically (PDF online) or in the municipalities (tax assessor, town clerk).From there, you can find your parcel of interest and the affiliated parcel number.Here's an example of what the tax map will look like with street numbers and parcel numbers.

I would recommend RJ D'Cruz- he is a local broker and isn't affiliated with a big firm so you could probably keep your costs lower working with him.

@Arcinio Arauz - Smartmove is the most popular and BP has an affiliate arrangement with them so you can use the BP affiliated one and they get a kickback which supports the BP community a bit.
