Looking for tenant screening software

Hello all,

I was wondering if BP would recommend an online tenant service whereas the applicant goes online to fill an application and pay a fee as I would receive reports. Turbotenant.com is one searched...any advice on this?

If I was a tenant looking at a place, I will need to look at the place before I filled out an application and talk to the owner of the propriety in person to see if the owner is upfront on everything.

 Oh of course... what landlord would say " fill an application, pay a  fee  then come see the place".

Obviously they see my nice place first  then fill an application for approval.
