Probate

Browsing through the Probate records through an online resource. Anything in particular to look for when searching for leads?

I'm trying to learn all the Legal abbreviations and am just a little confused to what it all means. For example, should I look for "Heirs" "Affidavits" "Refusual of letters, Creditor." Not sure which approach would prove the best results. And I would not want to make the mistake of marketing to anyone who actually isn't getting any real property.

Thank you

-Jimmy

@Jimmy Aguilar Intestate Succession, Appointment of Personal Representative, Distribution of Estate, Probate Sale of Real Property, Administer of Estate are some key words to look for.
