These sites target distressed sellers, but often link to a portal where you can join their buyer's list.

What to look for is credibility, Technology where the company would provide a portal for the investor to monitor activity, and process of onboarding, managing, and exiting tenants.

I prefer rent portal apps and not mailing checks.

I realize I can get a text message but that just sends me to the web portal version and is kind of irritating to use- I wish I was able to log in using Facebook, Twitter and/or LinkedIn.
