I've just started and current state the co-host has listed my locations under her profile to retain her super host status and recommended a monthly distribution accompanied with a breakdown of revenue and expenses plus management fees.

I've just become a RE Agent in Los Angeles, but I'm more interested in doing fix and flips/development, wholesale and investment properties.

I've just heard of some investors bringing "tools" with them that get the seller to go with them.

I have recently found a property in my state (Ocean City Maryland) for sale.

I've just never done a deal like this before.

The hardest part of the work is just about to begin, but I feel great about my list (inheritance), the market (Cuyahoga County, OH [Cleveland, Euclid, Cleveland Heights, Lakewood, Shaker Heights, Parma, etc]), and the connections on the ground that I've been able to make and are supporting my efforts.With the systems I'm working on putting in place, I'm optimistic about being able to scale beyond Cleveland into other markets like Philly, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas, and more.Now I've just got to get the calls in, get the "right" properties under contract, and sell them!
