Hi Fellow BP Members,

I've just joined the BP network and very happy to be here. Over the course of the last week I've jumped right into reading various articles, podcasts and webcasts. My goals are similar to many new members and I want to soak up all that BP has to offer. My background is in Technology but excited to learn about the various RE Investment Strategies. I like the idea of flipping (mostly because of the tv shows) but am really focused on how to find, assess, finance, and protect the potential deals. Not to mention getting over the fear of the whole thing. I'm also trying to link up with local folks (Meetups, REI Clubs, etc) to hear and learn from the experiences of others in the field. Looking forward working and sharing info with everyone.

Thanks,

Brian
