Once you are done, say patching some epoxy on the window sill, or painting a wall, or baseboards...how do you prevent the chemicals from being licked or scratched? 

I let her know I have eight years experience as HOA president, I told her how involved I was in the day to day operations of the HOA, and how I supervised the replacement of all the vital components including pool gate, pool motor, patch and seal drive way, repainting if all the building exterior, letters, rules, notices, irrigation, landscaping, etc.

The walls have been dinged up to the point where my contractor has told me it's cheaper to put new sheets in versus patching every hole.

For example, I once toured a 100 and something unit property and noticed some areas where ceiling Sheetrock had been patched.

Please take note the fix is not instantaneous, and afterwards other contractors take time to patch and paint.

@Karen Warren I know lendinghome and first equity funding do, and I believe patch of land will, but they'll set up an LLC for you.

The few patches of real estate big enough in Indianapolis for their parking lot alone would be one of the shuttered old malls.

A couple years ago it costed me $500 or so plus the materials on a 1400 square foot house and he also patched a few holes.  

Some of the rooms just need little drywall and paint and some rooms need new floor covering along with the siding patched in.
