PIN is all member lead, members are common speakers as are local agencies such as the county Treasurer and other politicians who affect investors, our local S8 office, the water dept, and just two meetings ago we had an hour long presentation from Fair Housing with Q&A. 

Do your Sub Contractors have the ability to verbally communicate, with English Language Only Speakers?

There's a great one here in New York that meets about once a month or so and has speakers on various topics.

Meetings are about once a month and there are always interesting speakers and a lot of like minded individuals to speak with.

Spanish speaker a must. 

I'm a native french speaker.

GREAT info and the speakers always share which books that have been most helpful to them.

I went last week and there was a phenomenal speaker (Cort Chalfant from Nexus Lending) who provided a ton on insight into not just Hard Money Lending but also real estate investing in general.  

I have found the guest speakers very helpful and informative   Welcome to the area.  

The last meeting was standing room only so very popular depending on the speaker, so it's definitely the place to meet like minded/monied investors & most are not shy to share their battle scars.
