Anyone investing in Buffalo NY? Any advice to entering this market as an out of state investor? Considering a multifamily in a decent neighborhood - amy suggestions?

@Glen Giaquinto there are a lot of out of state investors looking at Buffalo from all over the world.  It depends on what you are looking for, cash on cash return, safe sound asset, appreciation play, value add, etc...

There are people investing in every market just about. Some markets are better for cash on cash return, some are better for good tenants, steady appreciation, and low CapEx expenses.

As far as investing out of state, its not horrible complicated.  You need a... investor friendly buyers agent, property management company, home inspector, lawyer, insurance broker, lender.  Any agent that claims to be investor friendly will be set up with all of these vendors and be able to refer multiple in each category.
