Hi, my name is Oladodja (Hard to pronounce, I know!). You can call me Ash. I'm originally from Benin, a small country in West Africa. I'm a native french speaker. I'm a junior in college majoring in Electrical Engineering at IUPUI. I joined BiggerPockets after being motivated by the stories of people who became very successful by investing in Real Estate. I have some real estate experience from managing some of my dad properties back in Benin. I would love to link up with any investor in the Indianapolis area. Due to my limited budget, I'm interested in properties in up-rising neighborhoods like Foutain Square. For now, I plan on doing a few buy-and-flips and later on buy-and-holds. Please let me know what you think about my plan and what you think of Foutain square if you're familiar with the area. Suggestions for potential investing areas are welcome. Thank you!
