Hi, my name is Oladodja (Hard to pronounce, I know!). You can call me Ash. I'm originally from Benin, a small country in West Africa. I'm a native french speaker. I'm a junior in college majoring in Electrical Engineering at IUPUI. I joined BiggerPockets after being motivated by the stories of people who became very successful by investing in Real Estate. I have some real estate experience from managing some of my dad properties back in Benin. I would love to link up with any investor in the Indianapolis area. Due to my limited budget, I'm interested in properties in up-rising neighborhoods like Foutain Square. For now, I plan on doing a few buy-and-flips and later on buy-and-holds.
