Hello BP community!  My name is Joshua Diaz from the Big Apple itself.  Ive been lurking around the site a bit by listening to the podcasts, reading the blogs on being a landlord, and trying to research as much as i can to learn what i could about real estate.  I am 30 years old so it looks like a may be a little late to the game here but better late than never, i suppose!  I currently have a full time job on the graveyard shift so it seems that may be in my favor.  I (very luckily) accidently stumbled across this site through my past research of investing in general.  There is so much to know but i feel that after looking at the different niches available, buying and holding may be the one for me.  This site is pretty overwhelming at the moment and i have yet to even get through a fraction of all it has to offer!  Even so, what i've seen so far looks amazing and i hope to get to know the community itself better. Hope to know you soon! :)
